Directed and accountable for all aspects of product management - vendor selection and relationships, product selection and inventory management for lighting and control products across an eight-location distributorship, $40 million in lighting sales.


Responsible for strategic sales planning, market identification, reporting and CRM tools across $250 million in sales, 65 sales associates, 5 divisions and multiple market segments with numerous product solutions. Developed and directed Sales & Marketing Efforts focused on market/segment development of electrical and energy business solutions to include green technologies (solar, wind, CHP, mCHP), energy storage systems (battery storage for frequency regulation market). Strong interface with Electrical, Mechanical and General Contractors for installation of designed technologies. Developed ESCO model in energy space. Negotiated Rep Contract for Veolia Water Technologies to operate as a Manufacturers Agent.
