Established personal contact with current and potential new customers for the purpose of company relationship as a customer resource. Achieved primarily by regular and consistent visits to customer facilities. Strategically scheduled visits to maximize account coverage while keeping expenses to a minimum. Identified and participated in customer, new product development programs for the purpose of establishing additional standard products sales and gathering new BJB product concepts and opportunities Expanded market awareness of company through various marketing activities, i.e. trade shows, social media, industry events, etc.
