We offer multiple types of search services based on our clients’ budgets and needs.
Retained Search
- Typically, fee payments are made based on a mutually agreed-upon installment plan.
- These searches are executed on an exclusive basis with GRN Coastal.
Priority Engaged Search
- This type of search is when our client has an urgent need to fill a high-level position. In this case we apply an upfront, mutually agreed-upon retainer and apply the resources of our office and network towards rapidly filling the position.
Contingent Search
No matter how specific your job requirement is, our search consultants’ working knowledge of your industry enables them to find top-notch talent in your field.
- With contingent search agreements, we work closely together to understand your needs and timelines.
- We get paid only when we secure the individual for hire which you have selected. As stated, GRN Coastal is reimbursed only upon the successful completion of the search, which is when the candidate accepts the position. In any case, the fee is always paid by the hiring company.
